"Performance," as it relates to a lead-generation marketer such as Jitterbug Mobile goes well beyond cheap media rates. With the launch of Jitterbug Mobile, Bullpen demonstrated its expertise in planning, accurately attributing, and optimizing a profitable and continuously expanding lead-generation/customer acquisition media model.
Insights garnered from prior participants informed Bullpen that the sense of community or team, and the social currency, were key drivers that trigger registration for the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer. So, rather than place a traditional media buy, we made our media partners create walk teams to compete for a sizeable media budget. We turned the media (both digital and traditional) into the message by leveraging national celebrities, local station talent, social media influencers, and social circles to help recruit new walkers.
Bullpen developed a target segmentation strategy to reach niche Madonna fan bases and combined this with broadcast, print, outdoor, and a personalized Celebration digital experience, successfully launching Madonna Celebration as the #2 album on the Billboard charts.
Bullpen negotiated a TV integration with The Pawn Stars, targeting a mass audience of small business owners and showcasing the product and it’s benefits in a way that would be relatable to them. The integration included digital overlays and social media support as well, ultimately obtaining a reach of over 20M and a 3x increase in traffic to the Ooma Office website.
We’ve run big and small agencies. We’ve been responsible for some of the biggest accounts in media and advertising, from Toyota and P&G, to Sears and Target stores, to Warner Bros. and 20th Century Fox, and we’ve stood shoulder to shoulder with small business women and men to help solve their challenges.
